Job Description

* Maintenance of quality records (Quality Manual, Process Manual, forms n formats)

* Insuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established,implemented and maintained

* Insuring document and record control across organization as per ISO requirements

* Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for


* Ensuring the promotion of awareness of ISO processes and customer requirements throughout the


* Planning and Conducting Management review meetings and departmental reviews to monitor the QMS

* Planning conducting ISO trainings, process improvement trainings

* Collecting and analyzing departmental performance records

* Planning and Conducting Quality awareness programs amongst employees and sub-contractor

* Planning and conducting internal audits, surveillance audits, certification audits

* Coordination with ISO consultant, certification body

* Identifying and developing the Quality team structure.

* Ensuring that the Quality department meets or improves on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets

* High level resource planning

* Providing direction and guidance to the Quality team.

* Developing and implementing the Quality department’s strategy, to ensure it meets the business requirements and                    customer deliverable, as well as ensuring the departmental performance against goals

* Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely                       fashion to internal and external customers.

* Observing and complying with company processes.

* ISO 9001certified internal auditor

* Computer literate –Word, Excel, Email

* Good communication and presentation skills,

* Leadership qualities, cleanliness and process oriented
